Recent Status: Found locally in Suffolk.

Life Style: Double brooded with the autumn brood hibernating. It can be found throughout the year. The larvae feed on Allium species.

Identification: The moth can be identified with care taken in separating it from similar Acrolepiopsis and Acrolepia species. The larvae are a potential pest on leek crops where they feed initially in a mine and then between the leaves leaving their frass. More Info
