Recent Status: A rare species in Suffolk.

Life Style: This single brooded species can be found in any month of the year. The adults hibernate and oviposit in spring on Pulicaria dysenterica and also Eupaturium. The larvae mine the leaves and pupate in a loose network cocoon beneath a leaf. The adult moth comes to light.

Identification: The moth is patterned with white and brown (sometimes orange/brown). Basally it shows traverse striae. The dorsum shows a quadrate patch of brown at one third and two beyond that merge into the browner patterned apical third. More Info
