Morley’s Final Catalogue: Feeds in shoots of yellow-stonecrop, among which it has been noticed at only Brandon (Barrett).

Recent Status: Recorded on the coast and in the Sandlings.

Life Style: Probably a single brooded summer flying species that comes to light, being found from May to August. The larvae feed on Sedum species. They mine the leaves and sometimes move into the stems. The larvae hibernate and pupate in a cocoon in the larval habitation.

Identification: The moth shows a browner wing colour and a paler head, thorax and wing base to similar Glyphipterix species. The first dorsal strigula is bold. The species may also be identified by genitalia dissection. More Info
