Recent Suffolk status: Common and widespread.
Life history: Single-brooded in late spring/early summer.
Identification Compare with the other Nolids. Early flight season usually rules out other species.
Habitats: Scrub, gardens, woodland, woodland rides, heathland.Recorded in 45 (78%) of 58 10k Squares.
