Recent Suffolk Status: Locally common in the Sandlings and Brecks with scattered records elsewhere.
Life history: Single-brooded. An early season pug.
Identification: Fairly distinctive, with plain grey wings and an obvious discal spot.
Habitat: Pine plantations, heathland, gardens.Recorded in 29 (50%) of 58 10k Squares.
