Recent Status: Very rare in Suffolk.

Life Style: A multi-brooded species that will fly day and night and comes to light. It will also feed at flowers. The larvae feed on flower buds, flowers and seeds of a variety of herbaceous plants.

Identification: This species is similar to A. acanthadactyla but lacks any of the brown colours present in that species It shows a more spotted even colouring than that species. More Info
