Morley's Final Catalogue: Of such general occurrence that localities are superfluous. Especially noticed about Henley and Coddenham in 1899 (Sparke); always common at Monks Soham light in August (Mly).

Life history: Double brooded.

Identification: Blood vein is much larger.

Habitat: A wide variety of habitats including gardens.

Recorded in 53 (91%) of 58 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1899.
Last Recorded in 2023.
